The remake has a chunky 3D art style that a lot of people find hard to love, but it’s not the only new element, by the sounds of things. Nintendo also announced that the COs will now be voiced, you’ll be able to fast-forward gameplay and reset moves, and there are a handful of additional modes too....

All the new information comes via the PlayStation Blog, in which Vanguard developer Sledgehammer offers details on the game’s PS5 DualSense wireless controller support alongside a look at four Operators, complete with introductory trailers for each. Two of the Operators - Cameroonian-British paratrooper Sgt. Arthur Kingsley and Soviet sniper Lt. Polina Petrova, both playable in Vanguard’s single-player and multiplayer modes - have been seen before, but Sledgehammer has also now revealed two new multiplayer-only Operators, Daniel Take Yatsu and Padmavati Balan, explaining how each fits into the narrative world....

While CD Projeckt’s development roadmap for Cyberpunk 2077 has never been overly fond of specifics, the studio began 2021 by announcing its troubled RPG would receive “multiple updates and improvements” - including free DLC and the game’s long-awaited enhanced edition for next-gen consoles - throughout this year. Last week, however, CD Projekt announced what many had already surmised after the studio’s own lack of certainty was revealed: that Cyberpunk’s PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions would no longer launch this year and were now targeting “the first quarter of 2022”....

Earlier this year, Bungie alleged copyright infringement and breach of contract against AimJunkies for its Destiny 2 “hacks”, but the court dismissed much of the case. Bungie was allowed more time to reinstate its case and a few weeks later alleged that AimJunkies had reverse-engineered and copied the software code for Destiny 2.
