Did you know, for example, that the game transitions to a third-person view when visiting one of its base camps? This lets you spend a bit of time seeing resistance fighter Dani Rojas, the game’s playable character, who is otherwise only shown in cut-scenes and special attacks. The game is a full-sized version of the Tiny Tina’s Assault on Dragon Keep DLC from Borderlands 2 that came out in 2013. It will feature the same cell-shaded art style, endless weapon loot, and explosive abilities that are in Borderlands, but will also have more RPG elements found in Dungeons and Dragons like rolling character stats and multi-classing. With no word yet regarding the development of Borderlands 4, Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands is a great game to fill the gap....
Finding candy locations and then eatting said candy in Fortnite will grant you a variety of boosts, which may help you take out - or escape - enemy players. This year’s Fortnitemares event has also seen the return of the Pumpkin Launcher! There’s also a new collection of Fortnitemares quests to complete and the Howler Claws allow you to activate the Wolfscent Ability. XCOM 2 is, of course, a bit of a winner, refining the base-building, alien-annihilating turn-based tactics of its 2012 predecessor (itself a refinement of Julian Gollop’s classic X-COM series) to create a prettier, tougher, richer game of extraterrestrial slaughter. As Chris Bratt put it in his 2016 review, “XCOM 2 isn’t a reworking of the original game…it’s a genuine response to it… Moment to moment, the thing that makes this astonishing game truly sing is the way in which it’s managed to respond to the bad habits we picked up last time around....
Some fans had suspected the game - which sees you playing as Bat sidekicks Robin, Red Hood, Nightwing and Batgirl following the apparent demise of the Dark Knight - would somehow fake Bat’s death so he could return later. But that won’t be the case, creative director Patrick Redding said during a Q&A attended by IGN. And when Gotham Knights rolls its credits, Batman is… still dead. Huh! Fans hoping to see Batman will get a glimpse of him during the game’s opening sequence, Redding said, where he meets his (apparently permanent) demise....

The team behind Tamriel Rebuilt has been releasing content for Morrowind since 2002, though its conception happened in 2001 before Morrowind was released. 21 years later, the project is still going strong. In its first update in nearly two years, the project has added two more expansions with new areas of Tamriel to explore (thanks PC Gamer). The game is being developed by Square Enix London Mobile in partnership with Navigator Games, and is described as a “free-to-play, RPG adventure”. At release, the game will follow the main gang (Aang, Katara, Sokka, Toph, Suki, Zuko, Appa and Momo) across the storyline of the series. New stories are promised too, as well as “fan-favourite locations, stories, and events in an open world”. Subsequent updates will feature other minor characters from The Last Airbender such as Avatar Kyoshi, as well as characters and storylines from Avatar: The Legend of Korra....
